Process & Business Analyst, Process Design, Customer Journeys, Remote, Outside of IR35

Process Analyst / Business Analyst required to work for a Europe-wide firm on an initial 6 month contract (outside of IR35). This can be based anywhere in the UK as it is a remote position. Ideally you will be as close to being as immediately available as possible.

You will contribute to the design and redesign of customer journeys and end-to-end processes across this company’s UK and European entities. Applying process design and improvement skills as well business analysis techniques to support the enhancement of their customer and partner experience; enable growth; increase efficiency, and support the business in reaching its strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

·Facilitate scoping and business priority-setting for change initiatives, including discovery and analysis of requirements.

·Design and redesign of the firm’s customer journeys and end-to-end processes to support enhanced customer experience, growth, efficiency and current strategic goals.

·Understand the specificities of each market as well as their current products and processes to identify the adaptations that will be required to the new standard processes we want to roll out.

·To apply industry standard modelling and analysis tools, methods and standards.

·Listen to, understand and accompany the teams of the different entities in the change journey.

·Iteratively design, test and refine processes for existing or new disruptive products and services in the pet ecosystem.

·Involve and engage product owners, business stakeholders, Marketing, IT to make sure all key parties are on board and all aspects of the process have been considered.

·To ensure clear communication of requirements to both technical and business audiences

·To discover and analyse requirements for fitness for purpose, as well as adhering to business objectives and consistency, challenging positively as appropriate.
