Personal Lines Account Handler in Hoddesdon - CV-Library

Our client being being a family run brokers based in Herts and established 40 years ago have a vacancy for a Personal Lines Account Handler.

The position will be to handle inbound and outbound personal insurance queries, new business and renewals for; home, motor, small business and travel insurance policies. Responsibilities include:

To manage the renewal of existing customer policies in-line with diary system to achieve targeted 85% renewal retention monthly. All forms of daily customer queries and correspondence including new business, mid-term adjustments and renewals and their subsequent follow-up. Full understanding and confidence in product portfolio; motor, home, travel & simple commercial risks. Full knowledge and understanding of the SSP system for client data and risk retention. Development and growth of personal lines products within the existing customer base. Further canvassing of new, existing and previous clients for commercial opportunities. Target: 15 qualified canvassed leads per month. Added value sale of policy add-ons.

There is a new business bonus of 25% commission paid quarterly subject to targets.
