Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Would you like to finish work at 3pm on a Friday? Interested in Sales? Have previous experience in a customer service or sales in a manufacturing or B2B role? Join a company that will facilitate a fast-track route to success and join our client near Oxford as Customer Service Executive.

The Customer Service Executive will:

Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
Monitor and expedite customer orders through the business
Proactively communicate late deliveries to customers
Liaise with customers to identify production requirements
Communicate customer production requirements to the Supply Chain Team
Handle and respond efficiently to all general and order specific customer enquiries within 24 hours
Communicate and coordinate with internal and third-party stake holdersThe Customer Service Executive will have:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
A passion for delivering exceptional experiences to the customer
The ability to listen, empathise, build rapport and understanding
Enjoy taking ownership of queries to get them resolved
A keen eye for detail
Excellent computer literacy skills and the confidence to learn new systems
Enjoy working in a team environment
