Mark Allen is a growing media organisation, with 550 individuals across 7 offices and we are recruiting an experienced Event Sales Manager to join our events team in Liverpool and play a vital role in the Primary Care Health Show. This isn't just about selling exhibition space and sponsorship opportunities; it's about connecting audiences to their markets and sparking conversations that lead to real change in patient care.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days in the office, with a salary range of £30,000 (DOE) plus uncapped OTE plus benefits. We will provide on-the-job training where required so you feel fully supported.

Who Will Suit Our Sales Role?

You will thrive in this role if you enjoy SALES! You get a rush from hitting targets and delivering live events. Ideally, you have an exhibition/events sales background or a strong desire to excel in this field. Your passion and drive will help you connect with clients, understand their needs, and showcase the benefits of our exhibitions. If you are motivated by live events and exceeding sales goals, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:


* You'll proactively reach out and engage with new customers, showcasing the benefits of exhibiting at the Primary Care Show. You'll become the go-to point of contact for leading healthcare companies and the most influential professionals in primary care, driving impactful conversations that shape the industry's future.

* You'll get to know the primary care landscape inside and out. This knowledge lets you craft customised packages that maximise your clients' impact at the show.

* In time build relationships with key industry players, uncover emerging trends before anyone else, and secure exclusive partnerships that put the show at the forefront of healthcare innovation.

* You'll work together with marketing and operations to ensure the show runs like clockwork. Your meticulous organisation keeps everything on track, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved.
