The work will incorporate the granting and taking of leases and licences (some being complex and high value), and the sale, disposal and management of freehold and leasehold properties.

This is a full time opportunity but part time applicants may still be considered. The position is office based but some remote working can be offered and working hours are flexible.

Required Experience

The firm are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with c.8 years' + PQE.

The successful applicant will have previous experience handling complex commercial lease matters and the sale and disposal of commercial property.
