Professional Standards: Adhere to high professional standards as established by the Safeguarding Children Unit and Cheshire West and Chester Council.

Research and Analysis: Assist in research for service and process reviews. Gather, analyse, and present data clearly to support decision-making for managers and stakeholders.

Training Support: Contribute to the training and development of the Business Support Assistant and other staff within the SCU to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
