Job Description

A fantastic education business with offices in Birmingham city centre is looking for an individual for a full time, temp to FTC role (9 months maternity cover). Do you have experience working within a busy and fast paced sector in a Business Support role? This is a highly varied role in which you will be able to utilise your creative flare in a professional and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for the following:

Meeting and greeting visitors

*

Managing diaries of directors

*

Coordinating of meetings with internal and external stakeholders

*

Arranging travel and accommodation

*

Management of post and deliveries

*

Managing of databases via MS Excel

This role is perfect anyone with prior administrative experience from within education or a similar sector. You must have commercial awareness, proactivity, strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. This role is a hybrid role working full time and candidates must be available for an immediate start and be happy to commit to a 9 month FTC.
