Job Description

We're recruiting for a Business Support Administrator for a client of ours based in the Team Valley area of Newcastle Upon Tyne. This role is a temp role until October this year. £11.44 per hour, 15 hours per week, Monday and Friday (2 days per week), predominately 09:00 - 17:00 (30 min break). This role is office based so you MUST live in the North East to be considered.

Key Responsibilities
* Monitoring the central business support inbox
* Working on Quotes and PO's from the operations team and sending on approval after prechecks to the concerned departments
* Working on employee amend forms and holiday request form ensuring they meet the requirements and send it on to payroll
* Creating site files organising essential documents for easy access and reference checks. Working on reports and completely them within the timeline.
* General office duties including printing, Laminating and ordering stuff from websites.

Skills/ Experience required
* Excellent data entry skills, and the ability to ensure data integrity
* Working with various standard IT packages
* Minimum of GCSE Grade C/O Level, or equivalent in Mathematics and English Language and/or experience and staff development relevant to the post.
