Business Finance Administrator
My client, based in Milton Keynes, is a rapidly growing finance company. They are now seeking a highly organised and motivated Business Finance Administrator to join their dynamic team.
As a Business Finance Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in the success of the lending process. You'll be responsible for managing the administration of each application, from requesting documents from clients to conducting thorough background checks and ensuring all necessary paperwork reaches lenders for approval.
This role would ideally suit someone with a strong eye for detail, experience in financial administration, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately completing financial documentation across HP, Finance Lease and Loan products
* Completing background checks on Ltd entities using internal agencies
* Instructing ID verification links to clients
* Arranging Face to Face signing appointments
* Consistent CRM management and updating relevant data
* Processing completed finance documentation – ensuring signatures match ID and all paperwork has been completed correctly
* Conducting verification Calls
* Liaising with funders on documentation/pay-out queries
* Requesting regular updates from funders on live applications
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous experience in an administration role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisation skills
