Business Analyst | Permanent | Central London | Luxury Travel Altum Consulting are excited to be partnering with a global luxury travel business to recruit a Business Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending and implementing solutions. Duties will include: Partner with the Chief Product Officer and key stakeholders across departments to understand their needs and challenges. Gather and analyse data to identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Monitoring trends in the sector and report findings and recommendations. Develop and document business requirements for new systems or process changes. Preparing dashboards of key KPI's, including ESG. Conducting event planning and coordination of team off-sites / events. Manage project timelines and budgets. Develop and maintain business process documentation. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation, from technical teams to senior management. Special or other ad-hoc projects. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance / Economics, Business or Engineering minimum, Masters degree desirable. CFA Level I, Level II or Level III. 5-7 years of experience as business analyst or a related field. Languages - Spanish (essential), English and French a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel globally. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with business process modelling tools (e.g., BPMN) a plus. Experience with analysis tools PowerBI & SQL are essential.
