Role Overview: We are looking for a talented Consultant to join the CRM System and Business Insights team. In this role, you will support pharmaceutical and biotech clients in driving innovation, particularly in CRM System and Business Insights strategy and implementation. Your responsibilities will include: Designing and optimizing customer excellence operating models and business processes Implementing systems (e.g., defining user requirements, designing user journeys and flows, planning and overseeing user acceptance testing) Managing change (e.g., project planning, communications, and user training) Engaging with key decision-makers and driving high-quality project materials and client deliverables Conducting primary and secondary research Creating and overseeing project plans for CRM strategy implementation Supporting client IT teams in managing and prioritizing system enhancements Candidate Profile: Education: Minimum of a 2.1 scientific or technical undergraduate degree Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MSc, MPharm, or PhD) are advantageous but not essential Work Experience: 2-4 years’ experience in business transformation, systems implementation, and/or product management Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Veeva CRM, Salesforce) Pharmaceutical industry experience or consulting experience is a plus Experience with business insights tools (e.g., Qliksense, Power BI, Tableau) and KPI design is a plus Team management experience is a plus Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and commitment to quality Professional communication skills (oral, interpersonal, and written) Exceptional collaboration skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams Proficiency with MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) Passionate, proactive, and committed to professional service
