Key Responsibilities:

Engage and Educate:

Deliver dynamic and informative hospitality education sessions to Study Program learners, focusing on back-of-house operations like chef training and cooking experiences.

Tailored Learning:

Develop and deliver customized lesson plans, materials, and assessments to meet the unique needs of learners with EHCP and challenging behaviour.

Personalized Support:

Provide individualized guidance and support to learners, empowering them to achieve their educational and vocational goals.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of learner progress, attendance, and achievement in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Collaborative Environment:

Work closely with colleagues to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student success.

Remote Administration:

Handle administrative tasks remotely, ensuring seamless lesson planning, assessment grading, and learner documentation.


Passion for Teaching:

Demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for education and a desire to inspire learners.

Industry Experience:

Bring extensive experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in back-of-house roles such as chef or kitchen management.

Teaching Background:

Previous experience in teaching or training, preferably within an educational or vocational setting, is highly valued.

Empathy and Understanding:

Understand EHCPs and have experience working with learners with challenging behavior.

Communication Skills:

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate learners of varying abilities.

Organizational Abilities:

Maintain meticulous records and demonstrate strong attention to detail.

Team Player:

Work collaboratively with colleagues while also being capable of working independently.


Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners effectively.
