The Role

In this Senior HR Business Partner role, you'll be a trusted advisor, partnering with senior stakeholders across the Supply Chain function, including VPs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with the Supply Chain function's goals.

Partner with senior leaders to identify and address people-related challenges and opportunities.

Provide expert guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Manage complex employee relations issues, including those involving unions and industrial relations.

Act as a champion for diversity and inclusion within the Supply Chain function.

Stay up-to-date on HR legislation and best practices.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

Minimum 5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner ideally in supply chain.

Strong understanding of employment law and best practices in HR, with a particular focus on union and/or industrial relations experience.

Proven track record of building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing strategic decision-making.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.


Competitive salary of £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus a 10% bonus potential.

Hybrid working model with at least 2 days per week working from home.

Opportunity to travel to various sites across the UK (every 1-2 weeks).
