Location: Head Office Falkirk, projects throughout Scotland
Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Our client specialises in the restoration and enhancement of concrete structures, including bridges, wind turbines, tunnels, aqueducts, and heritage-listed buildings.  They serve a diverse clientele, including local authorities, primary contractors, subcontractors, and end clients.  This position offers exposure to a wide array of projects, positioning you at the forefront of the industry.

Role Overview: They are seeking an experienced Small Works Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple jobs, ensuring they run on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organise multiple jobs simultaneously
Organise and lead teams to carry out small works as necessary
Maintain good working relationships with clients and staff
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
Work to deadlines, both independently and as part of a team
Required Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Small Works Manager
Experience managing multiple sites simultaneously
Ideally from a joinery background
Strong familiarity with health and safety policies
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Valid CSCS and SMSTS certifications
Full UK driving license
Flexibility for travel and occasional working away
