Works Manager

As a Works Manager, you will work in conjunction with the Project Manager and Divisional Director, effectively controlling all operations of the processing site and its assets in the most efficient way to best contribute to the output of the site.

Salary range - £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.

* 45 Hour Week, usually 7:30am - 5pm.

* 23 Days Flexible Holiday + 8 bank holidays (33 total)

Responsibilities:

* To ensure the resources run in a manner that is both safe, yet efficient.

* Managing operators to maximise outputs safely.

* To manage the site ensuring that all work is carried out to high standards.

Experience / Skills:

* Responsible individual with experience running crushing, screening, washing.

* Experience in completing RAMS and site supervision.

* Computer literacy and great organisational skills are a pre-requisite as is a 'safety-first' mindset.

* Effective communicator at all levels

* Site Manager Gold Card

* SSSTS or SMSTS

* Knowledge/experienceof crusher and screener works

* Clean driving license
