As a Technical Writer / Editor, you will be responsible for creating and editing technical documentation for various industries and sectors.Your primary focus will be on producing clear, concise, and accurate technical content that effectively communicates complex information to a diverse audience. You will work closely with subject matter experts, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure the accuracy and quality of the documentation.Responsibilities:Create and edit technical documentation, including user manuals, product specifications, standard operating procedures, and technical reportsGather information and conduct research to ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical contentOrganize and structure information to create clear and logical documentationCollaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to gather input and review draftsApply industry best practices and standards for technical writingEnsure the consistency of style, tone, and terminology in technical contentReview and edit content for grammar, punctuation, clarity, and adherence to style guidelinesWork with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlinesRequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably within a relevant industry, with special field experience in writing processes and manualsAcceptable English language level; only professional level or native languageProven track record of producing high quality documentation, including operating manuals, procedural guides, and external communicationsExceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detailAbility to translate complex information into clear, concise, and understandable text for diverse audiencesAbility to collaborate with subject matter experts to gather informationProficiency in document design and publication software such as Adobe Suits, MS officeStrong Communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlinesThis position is vital for ensuring that all written materials are precise, accessible, and in alignment with our organization's standards and objectives.
