About Us:

We are a leading drainage company, working with both commercial and domestic clients throughout the UK. We offer a complete drainage cover from, blockage, repairs, CCTV Surveys. Due to recent growth, we are looking to expand our financial team and you could be the perfect person for this role!

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately calculate and record costs associated with construction projects.

* Prepare detailed cost reports and financial statements for management.

* Monitor and analyse project budgets, identifying discrepancies and variances.

* Liaise with project managers and procurement teams to gather cost-related data.

* Assist in the preparation of tender documents and project bids.

* Maintain and update costing databases and records.

* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry.

* Strong numerical and analytical skills.

* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* A relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
