QS / Estimator in Swadlincote - CV-Library

Our client is a family run construction business, specializing in the building of luxury housing as well as small commercial projects.

They are very well established with a great reputation and owing to a retirement, they are looking for a QS/Estimator to join their team. Duties will be as follows:

* Estimating new work - residential, commercial, industrial, new builds & refurbishment

* Pricing variations/amendments to contract, preparation of valuations

* Assisting the management team with speculative development analysis

* Subcontract tender analysis/validation

* Subcontract invoice assessment

In order to carry out this role, it is expected that the successful candidate will have worked in a similar capacity and be looking to work for a reputable company.

This role comes with a competitive salary and car allowance.
