Job Description Virtua is a newly launched global executive search and recruitment business based in Leeds. Specialising in the sports, fashion, outdoor, sustainability and wider consumer goods markets, our team members have over 10 years’ experience in their relevant fields providing a strong foundation for a business built on passion.

Virtua is backed by an impressive investor team and is being set-up for significant scale & growth in the future. We have a particular expertise in working with clients in international territories, relocating talent from all over the world & working with some of the most innovative talent across ecommerce, brand marketing, creative, finance, operations, sales, product creation and sustainability.

We’re looking for a bright, energetic individual, with a strong eye for detail to join our team to support the senior leadership in the day-to-day operations of the business, as well as delve headfirst into our ambitious operations strategy and build out our entire operational infrastructure. We are looking for a strong executor who can articulate our brand strategy and act as the glue, connecting everything together in our team.

This is a multi-facetted role encompassing support for multiple areas of the business, with room to develop in line with Virtua’s long-term growth plans. Key Responsibilities:

Operations Support

Management of full day to day operations for Virtua’s newly created start-up business. This will involve developing full infrastructure that enables the business to run smoothly, setting up new processes for clients, candidates and our internal employees.

Creation of Virtua training academy with Managing Director, helping with onboarding and training of all new staff members and implanting our culture, processes and structure into each existing and new team member.

Development of full system reporting procedures in line with our database/CRM, maintaining efficient tracking of sales, marketing and other financial budgets in one designated area.

Assisting the Managing Director with day-to-day management of the workforce, being a point of contact for all staff members and dealing with any ongoing challenges that the business my face from a HR perspective.

Building a best-in-class operational function for the business, continuously looking for areas of improvement, new tech investments that will increase automation and generally looking at how we can do business better.

Executive Support

Assisting the senior leadership team with diary scheduling.

Assisting with the booking in of calls with candidates and clients.

Supporting on all candidate and client calls and recording data information correctly.

Supporting the SLT as a liaison point with major clients across global markets.

Inputting client and candidate data into the CRM, ensuring consistency and clarity.

Arranging travel and accommodation for consultants visiting prospective clients.

Acting as the support function between the leadership team and managing director.

Administration / Sales Support

Ensuring the 100% compliance with the CRM.

Producing weekly reports to support the SLT.

General operational administration.

Building the operational process tree.

Sales & marketing campaign development in conjunction with business unit heads.

Talent, Experience & Qualifications

Excellent organisational abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Experience in a previous support role (desired).

Experience in digital marketing & content creation (desired).

Relevant degree in marketing or business (Desired).

Proficient in other language (desired but not essential)
