Chief of Staff in South West London - Freshminds

Job Description Freshminds is working with an incredibly impressive CEO who is looking for a Chief of Staff to help them deliver, at pace, their strategic objectives for the year. Working in a market leading FTSE 250 financial services firm, you will be helping to spot new opportunities for growth and ways to maintain their competitive edge through analysis, research and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning – using competitor analysis and research proactively suggest ways in which IG can stay ahead of market trends
Acquisitions/Divestitures – get involved in any potential M&A processes, present opportunities and risk to the CEO
Business Management – creating and working with balance sheets/P&Ls and other financial measurement tools

Requirements:

3-5 years in from top tier consulting firm
Exposure or interest in the FS or fintech landscape
Strong bias for action
Mathematical and problem solving mindset
