Position Summary:
As the CDO of Startupr, you will guide the design vision and strategy across all aspects of our product development lifecycle. This pivotal role demands a visionary who can not only innovate and enhance our design processes but also inspire and lead the design team towards creating market-leading products for startups.

Core Responsibilities:
Design Leadership and Vision: Craft and steer the overarching design strategy that integrates with Startupr’s mission, enhancing our service offerings and ensuring design excellence.
Product Development Oversight: Oversee the design aspects of product development from ideation through to final execution, ensuring high standards of design quality and user experience.
Innovative Design Solutions: Spearhead innovative design initiatives that meet market needs and elevate Startupr’s brand in the startup ecosystem.
Team Leadership and Development: Build, lead, and mentor a design team dedicated to innovation and excellence. Cultivate a collaborative design culture that encourages creativity and innovation.
Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with the engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure design strategies and concepts are effectively integrated into all product and business developments.
Industry Trends and Insights: Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies, applying insights to drive design strategies that keep Startupr ahead of the curve.

Offering:
Equity Stake: 8% equity in Startupr, vested over four years with a one-year cliff, reflecting the strategic importance of the CDO role in our company’s success.
Compensation: As with the CEO role, initial compensation will be equity-focused, transitioning post-launch to a competitive salary that aligns with the industry standard, reflecting the CDO's pivotal role in Startupr's growth.

Experience:
Proven experience leading design teams within the tech or startup sector, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
Extensive knowledge of modern UX/UI principles, prototyping tools, and design methodologies.
Exceptional aesthetic sensibility and an innate understanding of what makes a product appealing to users.
Strategic thinker with a knack for innovative problem solving and a clear vision for future design trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading teams and working collaboratively across departments.
