Develop winning strategies to overcome roadblocks and secure executive buy-in for large-scale deals.Shape the Future of Sales: Share your expertise and best practices, guiding the team to consistently exceed sales targets.QualificationsYou're a Sales Powerhouse with Deep ESM Knowledge:Proven ability to consistently meet and over-achieve quota and leading sales teams – ideally with experience in activating indirect sales forces within the service management domain.You possess a deep understanding of enterprise service management best practices (ITIL, ITSM) and how they translate to real-world business value.You're an ESM expert, fluent in the technology's architecture and capabilities. You can explain complex concepts in a clear, compelling way that resonates with executives.An entrepreneurial mindset with innate curiosity and resilienceWillingness and appreciation of the sales process including cadence, forecasting and accurate reportingStrong written and verbal communication skills in English, exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills. You build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, influencing decisions and driving actionAdditional informationLocation: This is a regional role so we are open to sales talent from outside the UK. We have other legal organization's in the Scandinavian countries, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, France, Spain and Poland and also US. We look forward to receiving your application.
