This is an opportunity for a recruitment consultant with 12 months, or more, experience who wants a long-term career in an established, high performing business.

You will be handing the entire candidate life cycle from initial contact to aftercare. Overall, you will be focused on delivering timely, ongoing performance with energy, credibility, and gravitas.

This includes:
· Candidate identification and interviews
· Advising and feeding back to candidates
· Attending client meetings
· Market mapping of specific candidate pools and head hunting from these
· Lead generation through relationship building

We are ideally looking for someone with 12 months or more recruitment experience, within any sector, although Accountancy & Finance experience would be a bonus.

The ideal person will:
· Ideally you will have 12 months or more recruitment experience
· Driven and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
· Have excellent communication and level of professionalism

· 121 training with your team and manager
