Customer Service Executive

They're expanding their operations and seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join their team and contribute to their mission of providing industry-leading service.

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 per year depending on experience
Bonus: % of Gross Margin shared evenly amongst Customer Service Team and back-office staff – Paid Monthly
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 (no weekends)

Key Duties:

*

Client Support: Provide prompt and professional support to clients and contractors via phone calls and emails.

*

Issue Resolution: Address payments queries and ensure resolution within SLAs.

*

Technical Assistance: Assist clients in navigating the online platform and troubleshoot basic technical issues.

*

Communication: Maintain a great telephone manner and professionalism under pressure.

*

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions using the software.

*

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and streamline procedures.

*

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to communicate updates and resolve problems efficiently.

*

Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality standards and SLAs to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service.

*

Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as required.

Skills Required:

Excellent customer service and telephone manners.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Good IT knowledge, including Microsoft Office suite.

Excellent time management skills.
