Job Description

Ideal candidates for this role should demonstrate a strong passion and commitment to leading a well-established service and team towards achieving its objectives. They should possess:

Experience in working with vulnerable individuals and leading service delivery teams, ensuring a safe operating environment.
Proficiency in negotiation and relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders, including local authorities and housing associations.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks in a demanding environment.
