Job Description

A fantastic opportunity to work for an M&E Service Provider who are currently recruiting for a Resident Maintenance Engineer to work at a large commercial/retail site based In Southampton. This role is offering a salary of £38,000 per annum depending on experience. Working Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm. There will be Fantastic opportunities to develop and progress within the industry.

Job Role:

Required to be very technically strong with great fault finding abilities and a desire to work in a demanding yet rewarding environment. This is a company who are renowned in the industry for investing in their people and providing the latest training as well as offering fantastic internal career progression. The role of Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer is to carry out the servicing and reactive repairs to electrical & mechanical plant & building services. Additionally the engineer will be expected to assist other trades as directed by the operations supervisor.

Duties: Relevant work experience includes but is not limited to;

* PPM’s

* FCU’s

* Emergency lighting

* Fire alarm testing

* UPS

* BMS

* Generators

* 3 Phase power supply

* AHU’s

* Water treatments

Skills Required:

The successful candidate MUST have:

* At least 5 years experience within building maintenance

* Must have City & Guilds level 3 in Electrical installation or equivalent

* Must have 18th edition

* Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role -Clean Full UK Driving Licence
