Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Electrical team and have responsibility for the completion of electrical work at our Middlesbrough and Teesside Hydrogen plants.
On a day-to-day basis, you will work to complete all electrical maintenance activities aligned to BOC and regulator standards.
You will also get involved in helping the electrical foreman with the planning of maintenance activities and repairs, using our planning system.

This role will also give you the chance to be part of small site projects, including the preparation, scoping and costing of projects along with the completion of the relevant change management documentation which goes with it.
And lastly, as a critical role to our organisation you will be required to respond to any out-of-hours breakdowns at the plants, of which you will be compensated for.
Experience

You have the on-the-job, practical electrical skills and training achieved either through an apprenticeship or previous work experience.
You are a self-starter who is proactive and highly safety conscious, with the ability to think on your feet to prioritise business and safety decisions.
