Physiotherapist Clinical Case Manager Home Based in London - Richard Everson Recruitment

I am looking for a home based/remote Clinical Health Case Manager MSK to provide excellent case management (MSK) services for clients working within company service level agreements, coaching their managers to enable employees to maintain return to work.You will carry out the following:Provide professional evidence based written reports, providing advice on adjustments and return to work.Case coaching for line managers and referrers to help them manage their employee, or to submit a quality referral to help them to manage their employees attendance at work.Support the triage function of the Business UnitYou will complete 8 appointments per day, each appointment being 45 minutesTo maintain valid and up to date registration with the HCPC and comply with guidelines in relation to professional issues, clinical supervision and continuous learning and development as a registered healthcare worker.You will have a degree in Physiotherapy.This is a full time, home based role, working 37.5 hours per week.SalaryThe salary for this position is £43,000 to £45,000 depending on experience and qualifications.My client appreciates the people who work with them and their rewards package is reviewed regularly to reflect that.
