PQ Management Accountant in Deeside - Resourcery Group

Resourcery Group are delighted to be working with a leading business who are recruiting for a part qualified Management Accountant.
Based just outside of Chester this exciting business offers exposure to a brilliant finance team, multiple business units and brands.
This role is perfect for someone in a senior Accounts Assistant or Assistant Management Accountant role that is looking to step up.
The ideal candidate should be able to display the following traits & experience:
Strong experience of Financial Control, covering ledger accounting, accruals, prepayments and provisions is essential. Preferably this would be within an FMCG environment, although not essential.
Preferably AAT qualified, or working to towards a finance qualification
Suitable candidates should be able to evidence an ability to understand how business operations can impact the financial statements and vice versa.
Strong communication skills with previous experience of working cross functionally
Advanced excel skills are essential, previous experience of using SAP desirable.
This role will take ownership of financial reporting for a number of business units. This includes weekly P&L reporting, managing the period end process and reconciling the weekly MI reporting of Management accounts.
