ABOUT US:
Marina View Care Home is looking to recruit an Deputy Manager on a permanent basis with contracts for 40hours.
Our contemporary and cutting-edge care home is based in Preston. We are proud to offer the following; Residential Care, Dementia Care, Nursing Care, Respite Care, Palliative Care and End of Life Care for up to 69residents.
About You
To join us you will be an RN or RMN, with Unit Manager experience in a care home setting caring for older people.
You will have management and leadership ability, inspiring less experienced members of staff to deliver consistently excellent care and support and to strive for excellence.
You will have a kind and caring approach with a passion for delivering the highest possible standard of care and support for the residents.
You will have excellent communication skills and have a desire to work in a participatory manner with residents and relatives to enable them to achieve desired outcomes and goals.
You will have experience and passion in supporting and developing less experienced staff members to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support.
You will work well within the team, leading, guiding, supporting and teaching junior staff members and acting as a role model in delivering care based upon best practice.
You will have experience in motivating and leading the staff team.
You will have the right to work within the UK.
