Office Based Monday - Friday

* Experience of import and export documentation, in mainland Europe and Southeast Asia

* Coordinate freight booking and tracking for timely deliveries.

* Transport bookings with a network of hauliers, both groupage and full trailer loads.

* Goods receipting all deliveries within a Sage 200 system.

* Stock reconciliations of storage locations, to ensure accurate data management.

* Liaising with global service providers.

* Provide feedback to commercial teams relating to delivery schedules.

* Running daily inventory reports.

* Maintain and update price lists both in Sage 200 and customer facing, ensuring accuracy.

* Develop and apply product knowledge for effective customer support.

* Uploading PO's, delivery notes and invoices on to the internal system. - Sourcing and liaising directly with UK and EU suppliers for pricing and quotations

* Bonded Warehouse experience

* HMRC knowledge

Required experience/expertise to succeed as a Supply Chain Co-ordinator will include:

* Strong analytical, process, planning and organisational skills.

* Able to react quickly to tasks and work under pressure while maintaining high standards.

* Shoulders responsibility and takes ownership with excellent numeracy and grammatical skills.

* Experienced in MS Office including Word and Excel.

* Positive attitude, self-motivated, team player and proactive to manage own time affectively.

* Experience working with Sage 200 Professional

* A full driving licence
