Job Description

Head of Construction / Construction Manager required for our client, a leading solar installer. Are you an experienced Head of Construction / Construction Manager and have knowledge in the construction or solar industry? Then this may be just role for you, apply today!

The Construction Manager will provide leadership within the business to ensure costs are controlled, best practices are followed and to maximise revenue generation. You will be building relationships with all areas of the business and ensuring quality processes are in place to support the construction team.

Construction Manager Remuneration

* £75,000 - £100,000 DOE

Construction Manager Duties

* Hold regular meetings to ensure focus remains on quality of service and construction, profit, revenue generation and cash flow.

* Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing existing and

creating new business.

* Budget management

* Key client relationship management

* Staff management including onboarding, performance management, staff training

* and observations.

* Provide updates on operational activity / resources (labour and equipment) and other challenges throughout service provision.

* Generating performance reports and communicating these to pier/upper-level management across the business

* Nationally develop construction plans and strategies

Construction Manager Requirements

• Degree-educated, or an equivalent qualification

• Planning and budgeting experience

• Knowledge of business processes and function (finance, HR, procurement,

operations, sales, QHSE)

• 5 years prior experience working within a construction or Renewable environment
