The Opportunity 

A rare opportunity has come available for someone to secure a role as Pre Construction Manager to join a growing and successful main contractor in Lancashire.

The role will give you full control of the Pre Construction function reporting in to the MD of the company with a path way to achieve a role on the board within 12 months.

They complete works across multiple sectors; Residential, Student Accommodation, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Retail & Leisure and Refurbishment. 

Most of the projects are negotiated with their clients with some tenders for warm clients. You will have an Estimator available to complete the tenders but if you come from a commercial background then that will be a benfit.
 
Remuneration

£80,000 - £950,000 per annum
