Job Title: Temporary Receptionist/Administrator

Competitive hourly rate of £12.00
Temporary contract length of 6 months
Full-time working pattern, Monday to Friday 9:30am - 5.30pm, with a 1-hour lunch break

About Our Client:

Our client is renowned for delivering exceptional Front of House/Customer Service with a friendly smile. As their brand ambassadors, their Customer Service Advisers provide help and support to customers, guiding them through the organisation's services and showcasing an in-depth knowledge of Edinburgh and its surroundings. Based in the Edinburgh Information Centre, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers have a first-rate experience.

About The Job:

As a Temporary Receptionist/Administrator, you will have a dual role of providing excellent customer service in person and handling queries over the phone and online. Your tasks will include:

Assisting customers in finding suitable solutions based on their needs
Utilising technology to support customers through various channels
Resolving queries promptly and effectively, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction
Performing administrative duties using Microsoft Office and the organisation's bespoke software
Learning about the organisation's services and staying up-to-date to deliver accurate information
