Health and Safety Manager - EU passport - Netherlands - Civils - Data Centre

Are you a dedicated HSEQ professional looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference? We are a leading company in civil works, committed to excellence in health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) practices. We are currently seeking a Senior HSEQ Advisor to join our dynamic team and drive forward our HSEQ initiatives.

Key Role Deliverables:

* Take the lead in establishing and providing leadership and management in best practice HSEQ matters.

* Provide guidance and support to Managers and Supervisors to ensure compliance with HSEQ regulations and Company processes.

* Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess compliance with Company policies and statutory provisions.

* Facilitate site inductions and provide necessary training to personnel as required.

* Investigate accidents/incidents, analyze data, and make recommendations to prevent reoccurrences.

* Manage and review Business/Project HSEQ statistics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

* Develop and implement HSEQ campaigns and improvement plans in collaboration with Management.

* Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements in pre-qualification, tender, and HSEQ award submissions.

* Actively participate in internal and external audits as needed.

* Disseminate relevant HSEQ information to employees and ensure understanding.

* Undertake any other reasonable requests as required by Management.

General Responsibilities:

* Promote the company's Vision, Mission & Values positively.

* Manage the performance of assigned staff in line with legislation and company policies.

* Fulfill any reasonable duties assigned.

* Participate in learning and development activities as directed.

* Maintain compliance with HSEQ and legal requirements.

* Engage in team meetings and performance review processes.

* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to GDPR regulations.

Essential Skills:

* NEBOSH Construction/Certificate or equivalent qualification.

* Relevant Industry Membership (e.g., IOSH, IEMA, CQI).

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Document Management Software.

* Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Skills:

* Chartered Membership of IOSH.

* Exceptional interpersonal skills with a resilient approach.

* Outstanding presentation, persuasiveness, and negotiation skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
