Henry Martin Group - Project Manager - Oxford
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our client's team and oversee a Higher Education scheme. This contractor has a major pipeline of work in the Oxfordshire region and is well-known for its family feel.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
* Manage co-ordination between the Design & Technical, Commercial and Operations teams
* Coordinate with various stakeholders, including faculty, administrators, and external partners
* Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or obstacles
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
* Communicate project updates and results to key stakeholders
* Manage and lead a team of project staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
* Proven track record delivering Higher Education schemes
* Proven track record delivering RC frame schemes
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
