Introducing the Business Development Executive position, where you'll be the mastermind behind sales strategies, client satisfaction and working closely with Product Development on Own-Label projects with Grocery Retailers!

Picture yourself collaborating closely with the Business Development Manager to elevate Key Grocery Accounts and boost profitability!

The Role

Dive deep into client collaborations, identifying new product opportunities and boosting brand presence.
Craft precise product costings and quotations, ensuring every deal is a win-win.
Build bridges with key client stakeholders, from buyers to tech gurus and supply chain heroes.
Speak their language by understanding client processes and needs inside out and stay one step ahead by tackling any quality issues head-on, keeping clients happy and loyal.
Get ahead of the game by forecasting client needs and adjusting our strategy accordingly.
Keep a keen eye on sales vs. forecasts, ready to pivot at a moment's notice.
The Person…

Ideally, Sales/Commercial experience selling to/supporting on retailer accounts. If you are working with own-label FMCG or Food products, consider yourself moved to the front of the line!
If you are a recent graduate with a few years working in Commercial/Sales looking for that step up.
Or, if you’re working in NPD for a manufacturer and have been longing for that switch to the Commercial World, this could be the position for you!
