E-Commerce Manager

Permanent

Full – Time

Swindon based

Hybrid working (2/4 days a month in the office)

£30k - £40k annual salary

We are on the lookout for a skilled E-Commerce Manager with experience in PPC campaign management and website management. You are responsible for analysing the onsite customer journey, identifying trends and regularly reporting to the management team. This is a stand-alone role where we are bringing the marketing in house.

What to expect

* Managing and maintaining listings within online market places.

* PPC campaign management.

* Site SEO and some website management including content writing for site SEO improvements (category and product listing pages ‘read more’ areas, meta descriptions, and blogs).

* Manage industry relevant print publication Ads, Solus Emails and Partnership editorials (within budget).

* Social Ads management and creative asset creation.

* PR outreach for quality backlinks.

* Regular reporting back to management team.

* Development and management of online marketing campaigns.

* Optimise product listings based on audience understanding and relevant keywords.

* Regularly reviewing competitors within individual channels and identifying trends.

* Identifying sales opportunities and ways to increase sales.

* Defining and executing an innovative, marketplace strategy to build revenues and profits.

* Using channel analysis and insight to improve marketplace performance and drive sales.

* Ensure all marketplace metrics and regulation are adhered to.

* Identify and launch new sales channels.

* Ability to read, understand and produce channel performance reports and recommend actions based on this data.

* Liaising with other departments to ensure the online business works in synergy with other areas of the business, helping to maximise opportunities across all channels.

* Monthly health checks for all listings.

* Quarterly growth plans for all listings.

What you need

* A proven record of achieving sales metrics, budget and conversion improvements.

* To be forward thinking and ability to embrace and drive change.

* Data Analysis experience and knowledge.

* Proven experience in driving traffic and growing online sales.

* Strong commercial awareness and technically minded.

* Proactive problem solving ability.

* Excellent awareness and understanding of PPC, Social Media, SEO and reporting.

* Excellent market awareness and analytical skills.

* Experience with Magento is desirable but not essential
