Employment Law | HR Advisor - Excellent Opportunity

Our client is expanding their team and looking for a dedicated Employment Law Advisor who is passionate about building strong client relationships and providing expert guidance.

Role Overview: As an Employment Law Advisor, your primary focus will be on delivering a first class service to our clients. You will:
* Foster trust and strong relationships with your assigned clients.
* Dedicate yourself to understanding and resolving individual client employment issues.
* Display empathy towards the client's perspective.
* Offer legally compliant, expert, and personalized advice and support.
* Provide additional consultancy services, including training sessions, chairing formal hearings, and assisting clients with investigations and consultation processes.
* Collaborate on a wide range of client-related matters, encompassing both contentious and non-contentious cases, from simple to highly complex, with guidance from experienced Specialists.
* Participate in an on-call rotation, ensuring 24/7 advice support for clients.
* Occasionally meet clients in person at their location.
About You: We are looking for a personable individual with a good grasp of Employment Law.
You should ideally hold a relevant professional qualification such as LLB, LPC, CIPD (to Level 5 minimum), or have Qualifications by Experience (QBE) in Employment Law or a related HR field.
In addition, we require experience in advising employers on various HR and Employment Law-related issues, including:
* Performance management
* Disciplinary and grievance procedures
* Sickness management
* Discrimination cases
* TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment)
* Redundancy processes
* General HR-related matters
While not essential, experience in litigation, particularly in Employment Tribunal cases, would be a valuable asset.
