As a Junior IT Service Desk Analyst at Refresco, you will be part of the central IT function based at our offices in Kegworth. You will be part of a welcoming team who will support you.

Refresco UK are part of the Refresco Group a multi-national independent soft drinks manufacturer with 78 manufacturing sites across Europe, North America, and Australia in 15 countries. In the UK we have 6 sites. We work with all the large UK supermarkets plus many well-known branded drinks producers.

Junior IT Service Desk Analyst

8:30am - 5pm Monday – Thursday, 8:30am - 4pm on Fridays

Duties of a Junior IT Service Desk Analyst

•            Receiving, logging and managing calls from IT customers via telephone, email, IT portal or text chat.

•            First-line support – troubleshooting of IT related Incident and Problems across software and hardware on devices such as Smart Phones, Laptops, PCs and Printers.

•            Troubleshoot basic network issues.

•            Escalate unresolved calls to the relevant 2nd line support teams.

•            Log all calls in the Service Desk Call Logging system.

•            Take ownership of customer Incident Service Requests and Problems and following up resolutions on behalf of the customer and communicate progress in a regular and timely manner.

•            To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles and processes.

•            Provide basic in-house training for users.

•            Provide customer self-help guides for publication to our customer IT portal.

•            Publishing support documentation to assist staff with requests for information and provide staff training if required.

What you need to be successful as a Junior IT Service Desk Analyst at Refresco:

•            Having a passion for a career in IT is a must.

•            You will need to have good communication skills to be able to support your colleagues. We are a large organisation and you will interact with many different faces day to day.

•            Willingness to learn and develop.

•            Good understanding of basic packages (Microsoft, search engines etc)

•            If you have any experience using SAP this would be advantageous.
