Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

Our client pride themselves in their innovation within the software market and are looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test for a 6 month contract role based in Galway.

This role will allow you to work as part of a large creative team within an exciting industry and offers a daily rate of €475 per day as well as hybrid working.

Responsibilities:

Work as part of the overall R&D team to complete the overall testing of the new project.
Prepare, deliver and record automated test cases and test plans
Lead a team to review and implement new testing methodologies throughout the project
Train, monitor and review the performance of the team to ensure they meet the project objectivesRequirements:

Proven test planning, recording and analysing experience
Strong knowledge of one or more programming language
Experience of leading a testing team
Strong knowledge of SDLC and software development
