We are seeking a Project Co-Ordinator to join a national market leader in the Building Management Systems industry, based in Surrey!

The Role
Join us as the Smart Buildings Project Coordinator and become the vital force driving our operations forward. In this role, you'll orchestrate the seamless administration, refine processes, and ensure strict adherence to procedures for both our End User Projects & Major Projects team. As the linchpin of our projects, you'll guide them from conception to fruition.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Mastery: Command all administrative duties with finesse, from scheduling meetings to coordinating travel arrangements and meticulously maintaining project documentation.
Process Enhancement: Optimize project workflows and procedures to elevate efficiency and bolster productivity.
Team Advocacy: Provide indispensable support to our End User Projects & Major Projects team, being the point person for all administrative requirements.
Communication Nexus: Foster transparent and effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all fronts.
Solution Champion: Tackle challenges head-on, proactively identifying solutions to keep projects on course and within budget.
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
Proven Experience: Demonstrated expertise in office administration or project coordination, preferably within the Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) or construction industry.
Exceptional Organizational Skills: Possess a keen eye for detail coupled with outstanding multitasking abilities, all within the dynamic pace of our environment.
Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, enabling confident interactions with stakeholders at every level.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and adeptness with project management tools.
Bonus Points: Knowledge of BEMS or HVAC systems is advantageous, though not mandatory.
