Job Title: Team Manager

Contract: Permanent, Days, 4 on 4 off, 7am – 7pm

My client, a highly esteemed food manufacturing PLC situated in Knaresborough, is searching for Team Manager. The role

Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and driving KPIs and taking action to ensure they are all met on a daily and weekly basis, setting performance targets and reviewing progress and creating action plans to improve performance, looking for solutions to problems and driving continuous improvement strategies, developing your team through coaching and guidance and allocating task and holding daily shift briefs.

The person

You will have experience in running a production team, have the ability to challenge decisions and behaviours to ensure consistency in service to my clients customers, and will demonstrate your ability to problem solve, have a proven track record of people management and delivering strong results through a team in a people management role, excellent communication skills, able to make on the spot decisions and be very much a people person.
