The IN Group was established 20 years ago as Investigo and has now grown to a global group of over 400 people covering recruitment, consultancy and talent advisory services; BioTalent (Life Science and Pharma recruitment), Investigo (Professional Services recruitment), Definia (Consultancy and Statement of Work), Sigma Labs (Hire, Train Deploy), Caraffi (Talent Advisory and RPO) and InX (Executive Search)

In this role you will be a part of our London BioTalent team which is located in the same London offices as all of the brands in our wider group. We have an entrepreneurial spirit where you will have the chance to build your own recruitment business within a business while being a part of an established and successful brand. This is an opportunity for a recruitment consultant with 2 or more years, or more experience, who wants to join a consultative and high performing company where you will get the support and development to excel your recruitment career.

We are hiring for both permanent and contract focused recruitment consultants who have 360 recruitment experience within the life science and pharmaceuticals sectors, covering either or all; UK, EU and US markets.

The Role:

You will be handing the entire candidate life cycle from initial contact to aftercare. Over all you will be focused on delivering timely, ongoing performance with energy, taking accountability for the right outcomes. This includes:

Candidate identification and interviews
Develop and win clients within the BioTalent brand and wider group, which support your personal and team billings
Consult and advise clients about how to solve challenging strategic resourcing projects
Attending client meetings, both in person and remotely
Market mapping of specific candidate pools and head hunting from these
Lead generation through relationship building
Network and navigate within existing accounts to open up new business opportunities for your own market and the wider team and group
New business development
Communicating with clarity, conviction and enthusiasm, supporting principles of fairness of opportunity for

What we are looking for:

This role is suited to a recruitment consultant with 2 years or more experience, ideally recruiting into Life Science and/or Pharmaceuticals markets, however this is not necessary.

Have experience in communicating with people in a professional setting
Ideally you will have 2 years or more of recruitment experience, ideally within Life Science and/or Pharmaceuticals
Driven and motivated to work in a fast paced environment
You want to be a part of a high performing agency that is culture lead and values every single member of the team
Have excellent communication and level of professionalism

Career Progression and Training:

You will begin your role with BioTalent and The IN Group with full end to end recruitment support to elevate your already established knowledge and recruitment experience. You will have the support of your team and our dedicated Learning and Development function. This includes:

121 training with your team and manager
In person, bespoke training programmes to your desk and area you recruit into
