Job Description As we continue to deliver on our current growth, OCU Northavon (part of the OCU Group) have a requirement for experienced Water Mechanical & Electrical Project Managers to join their team in the South West, Yeovil, Chepstow, Exeter, Somerset, Taunton, Bridgend. The purpose of the role is to take on the management of all Mechanical, Electrical and Civils works throughout the project lifecycle.

Duties and Responsibilities
Managing supervisors and other support staff.
Oversee, manage and arrange subcontractors & contract labour.
Quality checks and contract compliance.
Ensure toolbox talks and new company procedures are delivered.
Manage works and contract in line with requirements of NEC.
Stock Management and coordination of site materials.
Agreeing delivery dates with client in line with contract requirements.
Provide weekly and monthly contract updates.
Client liaison, meetings and business development.
Record works and track as required.
Monthly reviews with the commercial team.
Promote cost saving and increased productivity through initiatives and value engineering.

Skills and Experience
Previous Mechanical & Electrical experience is essential.
Experience within the water sector
Degree qualified in a relevant field (desirable).
Experience of running and maintaining several programmes of work concurrently.
Knowledge of Client Processes and Local Authorities.
Commercially Astute – previous experience of working on NEC Contracts.
Competent in the use of Microsoft Suite.
Previous Experience in a similar role.
Strong Safety Background.
Previous Water experience beneficial.
