The Role: We are looking for a talented individual to design, implement, maintain, and enhance a reporting landscape and related dashboards for the department (team as well as Management level) with PowerBI as the main tool considering the requirements from the different stakeholders within the business.

What you will be doing:

Design, build, test, implement, maintain, and support Procurement/SQE BI reports as well as data cube models, easy to consume, with visualizations that users easily understand, mainly on Microsoft Power BI
Document and formalize key data processes and models to ensure a robust data analytics framework
Check reports and analytics on consistency and content together with the business, drives corrections on the data model or initiates correction of interfaced data (e.g. SAP)
Contribute to the development of modern and interactive Procurement analytics & reports for the leadership to shape sound decisions
Serves as a subject matter expert for all Procurement related KPI reporting and dashboards
Analyze the business requirements and dataset needs by collaborating with the stakeholders and IT Management, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes
Assist business users with using published reports/dashboard and performing ad hoc data analysis in a self-service approach
Supports internal and external audits with report provision if required
Supports or drives the production and distribution of daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards
Can use PowerApp and Power Automate to increase efficiencies of repetitive processes
Understand how to automize processes and implement workflows on PowerBI as well as how to implement 3rd party data sources
Develop ideas for enhancement and improvement of current tools, reports, and data structures
Liaise with external and internal IT Service Providers. Monitor progress on implementation, co-ordinate resources, budget, and timelines
Develop external networks for additional insight, to benchmark own activities, and to identify areas for improvement

What we are looking for:

Diploma or Master's degree in business informatics, or industrial engineering and management
In-depth understanding and direct operational experience of the implementation and use of PowerBI as Procurement Controlling and reporting system
Knowledge of SAP MM systems utilisation, processes, and master data
At least 3-6 years' experience within Procurement and the set-up of Procurement Controlling tools and other business reports, must have a passion for working with data and numbers
Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and solutions, manage stakeholders' expectations and find consent
At ease engaging, influencing, and managing multiple stakeholders, their expectations and find consent
Proven track record in prioritising tasks and having effective time management and analytical skills in a highly dynamic environment
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Results oriented, make things happen, leads others and is open for change
Comfortable working in newly forming, ambiguous areas where learning and adaptability are key skills
Intellectually rigorous, analytical, and curious
Dynamic, motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented creative thinker and problem solver
Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and solutions
