What we offer?
CNH Industrial is seeking candidates to join our EMEA AGRICULTURAL ROTATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM, with the unique opportunity to rotate through different departments within New Holland, Case IH, Product Marketing Management & Precision Technology, during a 2-year program, gaining a broad understanding and experience of how our teams work together to support our business, while exploring potential future career paths.
This is a cross–functional opportunity, with a structured path comprehensive of placement, training opportunities, and project management experience.
This program is structured as two, 12 -month rotations. Each rotation supports the candidate to build a strong foundation of skills, enhance cross-functional awareness. The participants will network and share knowledge among each others, connect with our cultural beliefs (One Team – Grow Together), and gain exposure to opportunities within the wider organization.
The following are the possible ROTATION positions:
New Holland: sales and marketing support
Case IH: sales and marketing support
Precision Technology: sales and marketing support
Product Marketing Management: product marketing support
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Master’s or bachelor’s degree
PC skills and proficiency with spreadsheet programs (e.g., Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint)
Good knowledge of English (spoken and written) is essential; any other European language is a plus
Willingness to learn.
Passionate for Agriculture business, plus direct knowledge of some of our products
Flexibility in all its faces.
