Job Description A fantastic opportunity has emerged for the role of Senior Asset Manager in a leading Utilies company. In this position, you'll take charge of overseeing a portfolio of Offshore Wind Assets on behalf of investors. Your main responsibilities will include managing an Asset Manager, ensuring that the assets' current and future performance aligns with the business plan.

You'll collaborate closely with the Offshore (England) O&M team to optimize asset performance and financial returns, while also identifying and implementing continuous improvements. Your role will involve overseeing various operational and strategic commercial/financial matters associated with the operational portfolio of assets, which includes a mix of wind turbine models.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage performance of wind turbine OEMs and internal O&M service delivery.
- Ensure contractual compliance with all commercial agreements and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Liaise with the Offshore (England) O&M team to monitor operational performance and optimization metrics.
- Prepare and manage forecasts, budgets, variance reports, and other relevant reports.
- Oversee Profit & Loss responsibility of renewable energy assets.
- Develop, implement, and manage processes and procedures for asset management standards.
- Interface with internal teams and external service providers to optimize major repairs and project returns.
- Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to resolve operational, financial, commercial, or technical issues.

Qualifications and Skills:
- University Degree in Engineering or Business discipline.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in asset management of power generation assets.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of energy markets, policy & regulation, and renewable generation applications.
- Prior project management experience in energy projects.
- Experience in contract management and budget preparation.
- Strong risk management skills and commitment to QHSE standards.
- High numeracy and data analytics skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
- Experience with Enterprise Asset Management software is an advantage.
- Possession of a full UK driving license.
