German speaking Sales Representative in Manchester - Euro London Appointments

Job Description We are recruiting for a German speaking sales role on behalf of a client in Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity for a fluent German speaker looking to pursue a career in sales. Candidates must be confident communicating with customers over the phone. The client provides risk management technology so interest in this area would be ideal.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in the office in Manchester. The working hours are 8am-4pm as you will be contacting customers in the European market. The base salary is £25,000 with a realistic OTE of £31,000. The client is also offering an excellent benefits package.

Responsibilities:
Contact customers across the DACH region to complete their product applications.
Record details of communication with customers accurately and in a timely manner.
Provide support to customers and pass on any feedback to other departments.
Contribute to team service improvements.
Strive to exceed KPI targets to maximise sales.

What we're looking for:
Fluency in German.
Experience in a phone based role.
Excellent customer service skills.
Interest in technology, specifically SaaS.
Ability to work towards targets and SLAs
