Job Description Commercial Controller - QSR
FMCG - Food
Berkshire (hybrid)
C.£85,000 +Car Allowance + 25% +Bonus+Benefits

The opportunity:
This innovative, award-winning and value-added food manufacturer is moving into a crucial, potentially game changing period of growth in its QSR channel. This newly created position will manage and oversee all areas of the QSR channel sales strategy

What will my accountabilities be?
Be the QSR channel champion internally and deliver and ambitious 3yr growth plan
Create and develop powerful strategic partnership with QSR customers
Lead all customer negotiations
Manage and grow a channel team

Who will I be working with?
Reporting to the Commercial Director, and regular updates with the main board
Cross-functionally with Development, Operations and Finance teams
Leading relationships with all existing and new QSR customers

A great candidate will have:
· Proven sales experience of managing strategic QSR customers
· Cross-functional project leadership, effectively influence internally and externally
· Team Management experience
· Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills and a real growth mindset
